Mixed Scrap Steel (HMS1) fell $85.06 CDN/TON over the past 30 days. Prices increased $2.37 CDN/TON yesterday from the previous day. In the past 90 days HMS1 has declined $82.67 CDN/TON.

In the past 7 days No.1 Heavy Melt Steel Scrap fell $82.99 CDN/TON, #2 copper was down $0.20 USD/LBS, Aluminum Extrusion Scrap decreased $0.02 USD/LBS and Zinc Die Cast scrap was negative $0.06 USD/LBS.
  
The Canadian Scrap Metals Index which includes scrap steel as well as 5 other benchmark grades of scrap metals including non-ferrous,
